Echosaw is Orange Sky’s media intelligence system designed to extract structured insight from audio, video, images, and other file types, at scale. Built for environments where media volume exceeds human review capacity, Echosaw transforms raw recordings into decision-ready intelligence without manual intervention using multimodal fusion.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Echosaw is engineered as an end-to-end, multimodal AI system. Secure ingestion, automated analysis, and multi-stage reduction pipelines convert unstructured media into auditable outputs such as entities, sentiment, key events, and narrative findings. The platform is designed to operate under real-world constraints—cost, latency, security, and accountability—rather than laboratory conditions.
Developed and operated in-house, Echosaw serves both as a standalone intelligence product and as a core component of Orange Sky’s broader AI infrastructure. Its architecture supports enterprise workflows, licensed deployments, and agent-driven extensions, establishing a durable foundation for scalable media intelligence across industries.

At Orange Sky Software, systems we build are often grounded in a principle we call the Normalized Perimeter Foundry (NPF) — an architectural pattern designed to make security and scalability structural guarantees rather than policies you hope hold up.
The core rule is simple: raw user data never enters our systems. Everything submitted at the boundary is scanned, validated, and transformed into clean, confidence-scored data structures before a single byte moves inward. What the inner system receives isn't user data — it's a precise, system-generated representation of it.
This approach yields privacy by topology, not by policy. It produces clean inner layers free of format variance and unpredictable data surfaces. Paired with serverless infrastructure, it means systems that cost nearly nothing at rest and scale elastically under load.
