At Orange Sky Software, systems we build are often grounded in a principle we call the Normalized Perimeter Foundry (NPF) — an architectural pattern designed to make security and scalability structural guarantees rather than policies you hope hold up.
The core rule is simple: raw user data never enters our systems. Everything submitted at the boundary is scanned, validated, and transformed into clean, confidence-scored data structures before a single byte moves inward. What the inner system receives isn't user data — it's a precise, system-generated representation of it.
This approach yields privacy by topology, not by policy. It produces clean inner layers free of format variance and unpredictable data surfaces. Paired with serverless infrastructure, it means systems that cost nearly nothing at rest and scale elastically under load.
